Free Shipping — Always
At VELORA, every single order ships free. No minimums, no codes, no fine print. Free shipping is automatically applied to every order at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after placing your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
VELORA ships internationally. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
- If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@velorabrand.com and we will investigate immediately.
We are committed to making sure your order reaches you. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. VELORA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
