Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand fully behind every bottle of GROW:TURN. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement — no complicated forms, no hassle, no questions asked.

Your trust in VELORA matters more than the sale.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

  • You are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by the carrier.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but claimed as not received after 30 days without contacting us.

How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@velorabrand.com with the subject line: Refund Request — Order #[your order number]
  2. Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

You do not need to return the product to receive your refund in most cases. We trust our customers.


Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed on our end.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please email us at support@velorabrand.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@velorabrand.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all associated shipping costs.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, email us immediately at support@velorabrand.com with the subject line: Order Cancellation — Order #[your order number].

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee policy above.
